Recon Roofing & Construction is a locally owned business serving Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities. Recon provides roofing, siding and gutter installation and repair.

At Recon, our successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with homeowners on scheduled appointments on company provided leads & self generated leads, During the appointment, conduct warranty inspections or provide education on additional services to further protect the home.
Responsibilities
  • Networking - Professional Groups, Associations or Non Profits
  • Lead Generation - Candidates will be expected to self generate leads to supplement leads generated by the company.
  • Brand Reputation - Candidates will represent themselves professionally whether it be publicly or on social media as what they do reflects on Recon **
  • Sell Jobs - Candidates are expected to inspect, estimate and sell projects that fall within Recon's scope of expertise
  • Final Walkthrough - Candidates will do a final inspection once the project is complete to verify the project was installed properly for warranty purposes.
  • Collect Money - Candidates will be in charge of collecting payment to Recon for services provided to customers
  • Project planning - Candidates will have to manage projects to make ensure they are done properly and in a timely manner
  • Customer satisfaction - Candidates will have to have strong customer service, organization and communication skills to make sure Customers are satisfied.
