• Travel to customer homes throughout the Metro-Detroit area to diagnose, fix, and install electronics appliances.
• Communicate clearly with clients about the repair process, estimated costs, and timelines.
• Order necessary parts and manage inventory in your service vehicle.
• Document all service visits, parts used, and final outcomes in our internal tracking system.
• Ensure that workspaces are left clean and appliances are fully operational before departing.
• Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects our company's dedication to quality service.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing major home appliances.
• Understanding of electrical systems and mechanical schematics.
• Experience using multi-meters and standard hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Effective communication skills for explaining repairs to homeowners.
• Certification in HVAC or refrigerant handling is a plus.
