What You'll Do
• Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Build relationships by sharing product knowledge and project advice.
• Process sales, special orders, and customer inquiries accurately.
• Stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and create attractive product displays.
• Keep your department clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Assist customers with loading purchases when needed.
• Support inventory accuracy through stocking and cycle counts.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and seasonal merchandise.
• Work as part of a team to create an outstanding shopping experience every day.
What We're Looking For
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a
plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
