Pre‑Suit Paralegal – All Injuries Law Firm

All Injuries Law Firm, a respected and growing personal injury practice, is seeking an experienced Pre‑Suit Paralegal to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service, and we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, compassion, and strong organizational skills to every case.

Position Overview

The Pre‑Suit Paralegal will manage personal injury cases from intake through demand, working closely with clients, medical providers, and attorneys. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new client intakes and gather essential case information
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and bills
  • Review medical documentation and prepare detailed demand packages
  • Maintain case files, deadlines, and workflow in case management software
  • Assist attorneys with case evaluation and negotiation preparation
