Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their insurance needs and concerns.

Analyze client situations to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up.

Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance client protection.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and client satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.


Requirements

Active California Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to understanding their needs.

Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
