We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our hospitality properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support the overall success of our hotels. - Oversee all accounting functions related to hotel operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and hotel policies

- Supervise accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations

- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting management
