Friday amp; Saturdays Part-Time Hotel 3rd Shift Front Desk ClerkLocation: Element Hotel 2312 Center Street Chattanooga, TN 37421About the Position

Element by Westin is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis for the 3rd shift on Friday and Saturday nights. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations during overnight hours.

Shift Hours
  • 8 hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 10 hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 12 hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at all times.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
  • Roll the business day and upload accounting reports as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and pantry/market area.
  • Perform light cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, and restroom checks.
  • Stock and restock supplies in the pantry/market and coffee area.
  • Prepare coffee at 5:00 AM and ensure the coffee station is fully stocked.
  • Any other job duties asked while during the shift.
Qualifications
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, especially with Marriott brands.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of front desk operations and hotel accounting procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
