The Hospitality Manager for Bon Appétit Management Company is responsible for overseeing the daily hospitality operations within a corporate workplace environment. This position serves as the primary on-site hospitality representative and is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and service-focused experience for employees, guests, and clients. The Hospitality Manager oversees hospitality counter operations, micro-kitchen and pantry services, food and beverage presentation, workplace events, vendor coordination, and client support. This position works closely with commissary culinary teams, outside vendors, and client contacts to ensure all hospitality spaces are fully stocked, properly maintained, and operating at Bon Appétit standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, hospitality leadership, independent decision making, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service and workplace experience.
Main Responsibilites:
• Ensure hospitality spaces, coffee counters, pantry areas, and micro-kitchens are clean, organized, fully stocked, and maintained to Bon Appétit standards.
• Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries from commissary teams and outside vendors.
• Coordinate daily food, beverage, snack, and supply ordering with commissary culinary and management teams.
• Maintain inventory levels of snacks, beverages, coffee, paper goods, and hospitality supplies
. • Monitor freshness, quality, presentation, and rotation of all food and beverage offerings.
• Set up and maintain attractive food displays and hospitality presentations throughout the day.
• Perform routine hands-on operational duties including dishwashing, counter and surface cleaning, hospitality area sanitation, event cleanup, and daily reset responsibilities to maintain a polished and guest-ready environment.
• Ensure proper end-of-day breakdown, cleanup, and reset procedures are completed.
• Manage hospitality equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair services with outside vendors as needed.
• Maintain strong working relationships with commissary teams, vendors, delivery personnel, and client contacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in hospitality, corporate foodservice, catering, workplace services, or a related service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer and client base in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, delivery teams, commissary kitchens, or outside food providers preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to changing needs, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with workplace communication and operational systems including Google Workspace, Slack, CaterTrax, and other hospitality management platforms.
• Must be available to support occasional early morning, evening, or special event operational needs as business demands require.
