Job Title: Business Analyst Hospitality Systems

Location: Orlando, FL (Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 (No 3rd Parties)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and revenue management systems, with hands-on expertise in leading and supporting technology implementations within the hotel and travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for PMS, CRS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems.
  • Manage and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems, ensuring a smooth implementation process and post-project support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on hotel and travel technology products, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on system performance, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices to ensure consistent user adoption.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in hospitality systems such as PMS, CRS, revenue management systems.
  • Hospitality Product Knowledge: Strong experience with at least one or more of the following systems is highly preferred: Oracle Opera, Amadeus, TravelBox, HotSOS, Travelport.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in both hardware and software management, with experience overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hospitality systems.
  • Location: Must be local to Orlando, FL.
  • Employment Eligibility: W2 only, no third-party candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
