What You'll Do

  • Receive and verify food, beverage, and supply deliveries for accuracy and report discrepancies to the designated manager
  • Stock and organize products in designated storage areas using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices while maintaining clean and orderly storage spaces
  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and kitchen areas
  • Support café, catering, concessions, banquet, and event operations
  • Restock clean dishes, glassware, and kitchen supplies throughout service
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and kitchen support as needed
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards
  • Work closely with chefs, cooks, and hospitality staff to keep operations running smoothly
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Preferred
