Prepares, in a cook-to-order type atmosphere, appetizing, nutritious foods for patients, cafeteria patrons and special meal functions (catering) as assigned. Assists supervisory staff in cafeteria menu selections. Keeps areas neat, clean, sanitized and stocked with appropriate items.
