Job description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Lines Sales Producers.

This is a full-time, in-office sales role based in Escondido, CA. You will speak with prospects over the phone, provide insurance quotes, and help clients purchase home, auto, and umbrella policies.


An active California Personal Lines Insurance License is required. We provide training, support, and a structured path to production.


What You Will Do


Speak with prospects over the phone

Provide insurance quotes

Follow up with leads

Close new business


This is a sales-focused role. No service work.


Compensation


You will earn the greater of a $20/hour minimum guarantee or performance-based commission.


Earn 80% to 100% of agency commission based on performance.


Monthly bonuses based on monthly premium production, stackable:


$500 at 50K

$750 at 75K

$1,000 at 100K


Typical earnings:


$4,500 to $5,000 per month at 50K

$7,500+ per month at 75K

$10,000+ per month at 100K


What Success Looks Like


30K/month = minimum expectation

50K/month = strong performance

75K+ = top performer


Schedule and Location


In-office in Escondido, CA

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Licensing Requirement


Must hold an active California Personal Lines Insurance License.

Responsibilities
  • Speak with prospective clients over the phone and identify their insurance needs
  • Provide and explain quotes for home, auto, and umbrella policies
  • Follow up consistently with leads to move opportunities forward
  • Work closely with the quoting team to prepare proposals
  • Close new business and achieve monthly production goals
  • Maintain strong daily activity including calls, follow-ups, and quoting

Requirements
  • Must be able to work full-time in-office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve performance targets
  • Ability to stay organized and follow a structured sales process
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must hold an active California Personal Lines Insurance License (Property and Casualty preferred)
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
