Position Overview
Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate High School History Teacher for this current school year, and we are taking applicants for History Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence, discipleship, and integrating faith and learning in the classroom. Teachers will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that engages students and supports their academic and social development. This role requires both a strong commitment to academic excellence and a genuine passion for student growth and success.
Qualifications
  • Evidence of an authentic and active Christian Walk
  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • Prefer 2+ years successful teaching experience
  • Eligible for ACSI certification and/or State certification
  • Proficient teaching skills in a Secondary environment
  • Strong knowledge of current educational trends, instructional strategies, and technology
  • Understands and appreciates varied learning styles and needs
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and lead a classroom
  • Must pass a background screening
  • Must present evidence of your identity and legal right to work in the US
