Opportunity Highlights
  • Schedule: 2-3 days per week, 8:00am - 4:30pm, no call
  • Job Setting: Outpatient clinic, average 20 patients per day
  • Types of Cases: Hematology Oncology, new patients and follow-up visits, chemotherapy treatment plans
  • Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements
  • Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
  • Certifications: DEA
  • Licensure: Active Indiana license required
