JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by maintaining the schedule of their direct care staff.
Responsibilities--Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler
  • Maintaining the department schedules and adjusting when needed
  • Coordinating with managers to determine appropriate staffing levels, including developing metrics
  • Receiving call-offs from staff and adjusting the schedule accordingly
  • Predicting and filling future schedule needs based on Paid Time Off requests
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new associates
  • Cultivating the PRN pool to cover area communities as needed
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
