Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesperson to drive business development and maintain strong relationships with clients in the light industrial staffing space. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about customer acquisition, recruiting, and retention. You will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure clientsโ€™ staffing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the light industrial sector.
    • Cold calling, networking, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
