Job Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the core back-office operations that support the MSP framework. This includes managing onboarding/offboarding processes, benefit administration, payroll functions, state registrations, unemployment administration, and systems oversight. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless staffing lifecycle execution across all projects.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and refine onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring regulatory and client compliance Administer benefits enrollment and serve as point of escalation for benefits-related inquiries Oversee timesheet reconciliation and payroll processing in coordination with MSP Manager Manage state registration requirements for multistate employment compliance Administer unemployment claims and related documentation Supervise the use and integration of Job Diva and Smartsheets to optimize program operations Coordinate billing and invoicing activities for staffing placements Act as key support for internal HR systems and infrastructure Serve as the technology liaison between Flash Point Staffing and the IT Shared Services team, supporting system access, data integrations, troubleshooting, and process improvements across workforce platforms Qualifications: Minimum 7 years in operations or workforce administration; MSP or staffing agency background strongly preferred Proficient in HR/payroll systems, including Job Diva and Smartsheets High attention to detail with a strong ability to manage compliance requirements across states Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
