  • Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations
  • Join execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations
  • Contribute to and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clients
  • Maintain relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
  • Support responses to RFPs and support business development efforts
  • Mentor junior members of the High Tech Consulting team and groom them for more responsibility
  • Travel as needed up to 80%

Here's What You Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience consulting for or working in the High Tech industry
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a consulting firm

Bonus Points if:
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Strong client communication skills
  • A proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements
  • Specific experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform transformations, Cloud transformations, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformations
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value Chain
  • Front end Planning or Operations experience
  • Back end Planning or Operations experience
  • Semiconductor equipment manufacturing Planning or Operations experience
  • PLM/PDM product management experience
