Role Description & Responsibilities
Our High-Tech Industry Sales team is looking for a Sales Executive. The location for this role is flexible but preferred on the west coast or in the mid-west.

The High-Tech Sales Executive will identify and close new business opportunities to increase the industry footprint. You will partner with leading semiconductor, data center, and consumer electronics clients to accelerate their digital engineering and smart manufacturing strategies.
  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business for Virtual Twin technology within enterprise accounts in high-tech industry.
  • Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with Customer's Champions and facilitate access to Customer's Executives including C-suite, Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D
  • Collaborate with technical experts, industry consultants, and product teams to craft compelling value propositions
  • Create and manage the appropriate pipeline as well as generate growth in sales to reach business objectives
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan
  • Manage the negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business
  • Lead a cross-functional support ecosystem to drive business transformation and maximize the overall value proposition of 3DS
  • Ability to stay current on industry trends in semiconductors, AI-driven consumer electronics, AI-factory data centers, and advanced manufacturing to guide clients through digital transformation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related analytical field required
  • 5+ years' experience in consultative solution software sales
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows, product lifecycle management and digital transformation drivers
  • Passion for technology and innovation with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a matrixed environment/ecosystem
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience selling at least one of the following: PLM, simulation software, virtual modeling, manufacturing/supply chain software
  • Effective Presentation Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to Travel up to 30%

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systรจmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $240000 and $280000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
