GraphicWorks Sign Company
GraphicWorks Sign Company is hiring a dependable, hands-on Production Workflow Coordinator / Router Operator to help keep custom sign projects moving through production, fabrication and installation.
This position is a great fit for someone who is organized, mechanically inclined, good with their hands, and able to communicate well with different departments. The role will involve reviewing jobs as they enter production, helping assess material needs, coordinating workflow between departments, assisting with router operation, and helping make sure projects are completed accurately and on time.
The right person does not need to know every part of the sign industry on day one, but must be willing to learn, take ownership, work well with others, and help wherever needed. This position has strong long-term growth potential and may develop into a Production Manager role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
·       Review shop drawings, proofs, and production details as jobs enter production
·       Help assess materials needed and coordinate ordering when necessary
·       Help determine the proper department workflow and order of operations for production
·       Monitor due dates for active production jobs and help ensure deadlines are being met
·       Assist with department workflow, scheduling, and production priorities
·       Check in with production departments to identify delays, missing information, or support needs
·       Communicate between the front office, production team, and installers
·       Assist with router operation and learn GraphicWorks’ production standards
·       Help ensure jobs are ready for installation, including materials, hardware, parts, and details
·       Assist hands-on in production departments when needed
·       Help identify and solve issues before they create delays or field problems
·       Identify potential production conflicts, bottlenecks, or missing information and help bring them to resolution
·       Support a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture
Qualifications
·       Sign industry, production, fabrication, construction, cabinet shop, CNC/router, or related hands-on experience preferred
·       Router/CNC experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
·       Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
·       Ability to read shop drawings, proofs, measurements, and production notes
·       Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
·       Clear communication and strong follow-through
·       Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
·       Ability to work well with different departments and personalities
·       Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
·       Competitive pay based on experience
·       Full-time position
·       401(K) matching
·       Paid time off and paid holidays
·       Annual review
·       Company outings
·       Room for advancement and compensation growth as responsibility increases
If you are dependable, hands-on, organized, and interested in growing with a company that values teamwork, accountability, and quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
