Job description

LHH is partnering with a client searching for a Sales Recruiter to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire with full benefits paying $60-65k with a bonus structure. Must have furniture, high-end retail, and/or consumer goods recruiting experience to be eligible for this role!
Responsibilities:
  • Source for active and passive Sales/Design Consultant candidates using ATS and job boards
  • Conduct initial screen to qualify candidate
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Sales leadership team
  • Send out offer letters
  • Assist with pre-employment screenings
  • Conduct routine check-ins with new hires
Qualifications:
  • Must have furniture, high-end retail, and/or consumer goods recruiting experience to be eligible for this role!
  • Ability to take initiative and use creativity in recruiting efforts
  • Strong communication skills
