High-End Retail Security Officer

High-End Retail Security Officer – New York, NY

Pay: $20-$22 Per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Rotating shifts (full availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays)

Overview:We are seeking polished, customer-focused Security Officers to support luxury retail environments. This role blends asset protection with high-end customer service, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible yet discreet presence; professionally greet clients and staff
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sales areas to prevent theft or disruptions
  • Conduct routine patrols (sales floor, fitting rooms, stock areas)
  • Respond quickly to suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies
  • Assist with store operations (opening/closing, alarms, escorts, deliveries)
  • Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
  • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement
  • Support a safe, welcoming environment aligned with luxury brand standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid New York State Security Guard License
  • 1–2 years of security experience
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
