Retail Flex Security Officer (Luxury Retail)

Location: Las Vegas – Strip Area & Surrounding Locations

Schedule: All days and shifts; open availability required

Pay Rate: $21.00+ per hour

Requirements:

  • Nevada PILB license
  • Open availability
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Minimum of 1 year luxury high-end retail security experience

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, professional Retail Flex Security Officers to support luxury, high-end retail environments throughout the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas. We are seeking candidates with experience in premium and luxury retail environments, ideally within leading global fashion houses and renowned designer boutiques. A strong understanding of high-end fashion, luxury accessories. This role requires a strong security presence combined with a concierge-level approach to customer service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and refined experience for clients, staff, and guests.

As a Flex Officer, you must be adaptable and capable of working various retail locations and shifts while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visible, professional security presence in luxury retail environments
  • Deliver exceptional concierge-style customer service while maintaining safety and loss prevention standards
  • Monitor store activity to deter theft, vandalism, and other security concerns
  • Assist clients, staff, and management with courtesy, professionalism, and discretion
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and client requests
  • Enforce company policies and client procedures consistently
  • Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements
  • Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard License (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury or high-end retail security
  • Open availability for all shifts, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and remain on foot for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different retail environments and client expectations
