CPM Builders is seeking an elite Construction Superintendent with proven luxury retail experience to lead high-end retail buildouts and flagship store projects.


This role is forexperienced retail construction leaders who understand the pace, precision, and expectations of luxury brands. Our projects demand exceptional attention to detail, tight schedules, and strong field leadership.

What Youll Lead


  • Manage ground-up retail buildouts and high-end tenant improvement projects
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, and field crews
  • Execute fast-track retail construction schedules
  • Coordinate custom millwork, stone, specialty lighting, storefront systems, and luxury finishes
  • Maintain strict quality control standards required by luxury retail brands
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and building codes
  • Work closely with architects, designers, project managers, and brand representatives
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and construction documentation


What Were Looking For


Required


  • Complete Spanish language proficiency
  • 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent
  • Proven experience delivering luxury retail or high-end commercial interiors
  • Experience managing flagship store buildouts or boutique retail projects
  • Strong ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings, and finish schedules
  • Demonstrated leadership in managingmultiple specialized subcontractors


Highly Preferred


  • Experience with national luxury retail brands
  • Strong understanding of high-end finish installation and quality control
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar construction software
  • OSHA 30 certification
