Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who not only excels in luxury retail sales but also has proven, professional social media management skills. This unique role blends client-facing sales with digital brand storytelling to help grow both in-store and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to a high-end clientele.

• Drive sales by actively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting premium products with expertise.

• Build relationships with customers to ensure their return as well as building bonds within the community to promote product.
• Manage and create content for the boutique’s social media channels, maintaining a consistent luxury brand voice and aesthetic.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns that highlight new arrivals, store events, and style inspirations.

• Maintain deep product knowledge to advise clients with confidence.

• Assist with visual merchandising to uphold our refined brand presentation.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales with high-end or luxury brands.

• Required: Demonstrated professional experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or business.

• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury retail standards, and premium customer service etiquette.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in photography, content creation, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, including weekends and holidays as needed.
