The Help Desk Representative provides friendly, responsive first-level technology support to employees across our organization. As a key resource for day-to-day technology needs, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to help desk requests, provide basic user training, and connect employees with additional IT support when needed. This is an opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with meaningful customer service while supporting the teams who provide essential healthcare and community services throughout rural communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who: Enjoys helping people solve problems and navigate technology with confidence Brings a patient, approachable, and service-focused attitude to technical support Enjoys learning new technology and finding practical solutions Communicates technical information clearly and comfortably with a variety of users Can stay organized and responsive while managing multiple requests Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technology assistance. Provide timely, entry-level support for hardware, software, and technology-related questions. Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues through remote and direct support. Provide basic training and guidance to help employees use technology effectively. Receive, prioritize, document, and follow up on help desk requests. Identify and escalate issues requiring additional IT expertise. Help ensure employees have the technology support they need to successfully do their work. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required Associate degree preferred At least one (1) year experience preferred You’ll be a great fit for this role if you: You’re a problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping others.
