Job description

Role Overview:
o Seeking a hands-on Product Analytics Manager to identify and quantify leakage across the customer acquisition and application journey. The role will analyze funnels, customer journeys, conversion gaps, and digital behavior to drive improvements in originated accounts and funded volume.

Key Responsibilities

o Analyze acquisition, application, approval, and funding funnels to identify leakage and conversion opportunities.
o Quantify business impact from customer drop-off, missed demand, and under-penetration.
o Conduct customer journey, funnel, and root-cause analysis across digital channels.
o Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track funnel performance and growth.
o Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion, approval rates, and funded volume.
o Partner with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams.
o Translate analytical findings into actionable, quantified business recommendations.
o Support strategic growth initiatives and business case development.
Requirements:
o 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Funnel Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Conversion Optimization, or Customer Journey Analytics.
o Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar.
o Strong experience with funnel analysis and conversion optimization.
o Experience with web analytics platforms such as Heap or Google Analytics.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
o Ability to independently identify opportunities and influence stakeholders.
o Master''s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, Operations Research, or a related analytics field; relevant BA/BS candidates from top-tier institutions may also be considered.
