In this role, you will represent both of our software products โ€”ย Property Matrixย andย Digital Waybillย โ€” helping prospective clients understand how our solutions can improve their operations. You will play an important role in building relationships, guiding prospects through the sales process, and contributing to the continued growth of our business.


Position Overview

We are seeking anย Account Executiveย to join our team in a client-facing sales role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new technology, and helping businesses find software solutions that fit their needs. Since our products support operational and accounting-related workflows, candidates should have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

You will work directly with prospective clients across both Property Matrix and Digital Waybill by conducting demos, identifying business needs, and guiding opportunities from initial conversation through close. This role requires someone who is comfortable discussing software, understanding client pain points, and communicating value in a clear and engaging way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional communication to prospective clients interested in Property Matrix and Digital Waybill
  • Respond to inbound leads and engage prospective clients with accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through
  • Conduct product demos for both Property Matrix and Digital Waybill
  • Understand prospect needs and recommend solutions that align with their business goals
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients through responsive communication and excellent service
  • Guide opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Learn both platforms in depth and confidently explain product functionality, workflows, and value
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support a smooth transition from sales to onboarding
  • Help identify common prospect needs and share feedback that supports product and sales improvements
  • Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline activity throughout the sales process


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree that includes a course in accounting
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Experience developing relationships with new customers
  • Experience closing sales successfully
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to confidently demonstrate software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
