Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position)
Part Time 16-24 Hours

GENERAL SCOPE: The Home Care Associate will provide support to the Home Care team with responsibilities that include clerical and administrative duties that sustain the day-to-day operations.  

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide clerical support to the department Directors and Home Care Operations Manager.
  • Prepare documents and files.
  • Data input and tracking and record keeping.
  • Answering and triaging phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.          

 EXPERIENCE: Minimum of (2) two years’ experience working in a professional office or in a health care department. Self-driven and highly motivated reflecting a positive attitude at all times. A team player with notable interpersonal and organizational skills, exceptional attention to details skills, a strong focus on top notch customer service and the ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment.
