Job DescriptionContacts prospective customers in order to provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices in order to develop treasury management business. Manages relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business. Prepares sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends solutions which would benefit clients. Identifies opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services to meet customer needs. Assists management in developing a market strategy and in setting sales objectives. Responsible for meeting or exceeding all assigned sales and revenue retention goals. Assists in the design and oversees the proper installation of treasury management services. Assists management in the development of new services or the modification of existing services.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of treasury management products
  • Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services and operations
  • Strong sales and new business development skills
  • Excellent customer service/relations skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $147,420.00 - 180,180.00
