Job Summary:
Responsible for working directly with Nurse Manager and Director to provide clinical oversight to nursing programs within the division. The nursing areas include but are not limited to Travel Health Program services, company worksite flu programs, and company onsite clinics. Coordinates, plans, staffs and implements on-site services, and onsite flu shot program. Coordinates, plans and implements Travel Health Program. Able to work at Employer worksite(s) to deliver health services. Assists RN with education programs, skills and competency regulatory requirements, licensing requirements for PRN nursing staff and Business Health clinical staff.

Job Duties:
Responsible for all oversight and delivery on Corporate Onsite Programs
Works with clients of Business Health to schedule and coordinate on-site administration of flu shots, onsite clinics, executive physicals, vaccine events onsite and nursing-based programs based on multiple factors (company size, location, availability of nursing staff).
Plans and implements annual orientation and training of nursing staff.
Coordinates with HR, nursing staff development, nursing administration and Clinic as needed.
Maintains records, equipment and supplies and staffing records for on-site programs.
Manages day to day distribution and retrieval of equipment and supplies from nursing, pharmacy and other ancillary departments.
Maintains database with all end of year data.
Maintains account management responsibilities and ensures high level of customer service with each flu and travel client and employer.
Responsible for all oversight and implementation of Immunization programs.
Maintains up to date files on vaccines and administration and updates information as needed.
Schedules and coordinates appointments/events for clients working with staff and with physicians' schedules when needed.
Administration of vaccines to clients utilizing the nursing process.
Provides patient care and information to patients regarding vaccines.
Collects appropriate health status information from patients.
Maintains patient records and files all required reports with State agencies.
Works in conjunction with pharmacy department to maintain appropriate and adequate supplies and vaccines.
Maintains appropriate storage and monitoring of vaccines and supplies.
Stays abreast of all current updates and trends with CDC and travel software databases as to changes in vaccination guidelines and protocols.
Responsible for Customer Service/Quality Management and support to RN for all clinic-based operations.
Account management with employer contact on an annual basis. Manage all incidents or errors ASAP, with complete resolution to employee and employer.
Provide support and coverage for clinic functions.
Manage and maintain PRN pool of staff and nurses for all onsite services, to include assisting with staffing for Wellness program events.
Will manage current list of PRN staff that have interest, skills and competency in flu and wellness programs.
Will work in conjunction with Wellness Coordinator to orient, train and skill check the PRN pool.
Assist in scheduling the various flu and on-site services and service dates utilizing the PRN pool.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing RN
BSN
If eligible, must have a Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence.
Current licensure in state where work is being performed
Annual CEUs including all state required course
Current CPR certification
Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of blood glucose testing, body fat analysis, vision and hearing testing, venipuncture.
Knowledge of routine vaccines for adults
Knowledge of vaccine schedules for children
Coursework or formal training in Business
Problem solving skills, applications or principles
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Excellent organizational skills
Sales orientation
Analytical skills
Phlebotomy skills
Knowledge of nursing theory, procedures and policies
Kind and Length of Experience:
3 Years nursing experience in office setting
