Job Description
Camira has an opening for a Finance/Program Control Analyst. We are a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) that is rapidly expanding. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and have experience and working knowledge of Finance, Program Controls, Contracts and Accounting in a DOD environment.
This position will report to and work directly with the Corporate President and CFO. The analyst will be responsible for implementing additional modules in Camira's Accounting System. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for providing contract/program cost and /or schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs. The analyst will develop the program cost and/or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team. The analyst will track actual expenditures against program/project baselines, analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion dates and make recommendation to program manager and program leads.
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 + years' experience in Program Control, Financial Controls, Contracts and Accounting
  • Experience developing, analyzing and reporting data using MS Excel (particularly lookup formulas and pivot tables)
  • Experience tracking financial performance on Task Orders.
  • Experience implementing Accounting and/or Program Management Software (i.e. Unanet, Micro Frame Project Manager (MPM), OPDEC IPM) etc
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • The ability to obtain SECRET security clearance.
  • Strong team collaboration and communications skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Experience with proposal activities (WBS Development, Pricing, IMP/IMS) a plus
  • Experience in Earned Value a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Project a plus
  • Experience with Unanet a plus
  • Experience with OPDEC IPM or MPM a plus
