Job description

Overview
FWI is building a team to support the Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) NPS Extended Campus (NEC) and Office of University Communications (OUC). NEC relies on data-driven insights and rigorous program analysis to advance NPS academic strategy, performance management, and accreditation activities. This position will bridge quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder reporting to deliver actionable intelligence that informs NPS academic and operational decisions. The Program Analyst - Senior will lead analytical efforts across distance learning curricula, develop performance dashboards, support accreditation data collection, and ensure NPS leadership receives timely, accurate, and meaningful program performance insights.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA
Responsibilities
  • Provide data-driven analytical support for academic program challenges
  • Develop dashboards for key metrics
  • Support accreditation data collection and analysis
  • Respond to short-turnaround data calls from DoD and NPS stakeholders
  • Identify areas of growth for distance learning curricula

Qualifications
Required:
  • BA/BS degree in administration, management, communications, or relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of experience leading academic strategic planning, performance management, and program/project evaluation activities.

Desired:
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Developing data visualizations (charts, dashboards)
  • Writing performance reports
  • Developing organizational performance policies
  • Building partnerships across business areas
