Job description

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Program Analyst to support our contract at the RPSS III in Huntsville, AL.

Position Overview:

  • Serves as the Program Analyst and technical focal point for Real Property Systems of Record support activities.
  • Provides subject matter expertise, data analysis, system administration support, records management, reporting, database management, audit readiness support, and functional support for Real Property Systems of Record.
  • Supports government stakeholders through analysis, validation, maintenance, reporting, and management of real property data and associated business processes.
  • The Program Analyst shall serve as the lead for one or more Real Property Systems of Record including GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, and GIS.

Job Duties:

  • Minimum two (2) years demonstrated experience supporting the specific Real Property System of Record being proposed for (GFEBS, INFADS, BUILDER, GIS, or other designated system).
    • Experience must include all underlying modules associated with the assigned system.
    • Experience must be within the last twenty-four (24) months; experience within the last twelve (12) months is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Real Property data management, records management, validation, reporting, and system administration functions.
  • Experience with database management and data quality control.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for assigned system(s).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting federal, DoD, USACE, or real property business processes preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include: GFEBS Training/Certification, GISP, Microsoft Certifications, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Data Analytics Certifications or Relevant System Administrator Certifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Real Property Management, Facilities Management, Computer Science, or related discipline or Equivalent year's experience.
  • Clearance Requirements: Ability to pass a National Agency Check(NAC) background investigation to obtain a public trust required to maintain Government credentials and system access.
