Responsibilities
  • Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
  • Supporting sales team in achieving high sales targets
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses.
  • Handle customer renewals.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is required within 90 days of hire
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
