The Role
The Head of Creative is responsible for the creative execution and visual identity of the company. Working directly with the Brand & Communications Lead, you'll establish the systems, standards, and creative direction that shape the company's public image and internal culture.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants their work to have a lasting impact on a generational company.
What You'll Do
  • Own Mariana's brand architecture across the company and its assets
  • Own and evolve Mariana's visual identity
  • Design presentations, marketing collateral, and recruiting materials
  • Create website assets and digital campaigns
  • Design premium employee and customer merchandise
  • Develop scalable design systems and templates
  • Creative direction for photography and video
  • Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Design podcast branding and graphics
  • Review and maintain quality across all creative output
  • Help shape the visual language of Mariana's culture
  • Maintain brand guidelines
  • Build and organize asset libraries
  • Establish creative workflows
  • Manage relationships with contract photographers, videographers, editors, and designers

Desired Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or brand design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and execution in digital and physical formats.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
