NU3S is seeking an experienced Head Cook to support the pre-opening and launch of a high-volume café in Queens, NY.
Pay: $24/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Support kitchen setup, menu testing, and pre-opening prep
  • Prepare food to recipe and quality standards
  • Supervise a staff of 4
  • Lead and train kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee food quality, kitchen operations, and workflow
  • Manage inventory and minimize waste
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen

Qualifications:
  • Head Chef, Lead Cook, or Kitchen Manager experience
  • QSR, café, and/or bakery background
  • ServSafe certification required
