Join our dynamic team at Inn at the Pines, where "It’s all about living!” as we redefine the concept of senior living in Hiram, Ohio. Our Assisted Living Community offers a modern, western reserve style campus with private Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments, nestled on 10 tranquil acres in Geauga County.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dietary Cook/Aide to join our culinary team. As a key member of our dietary services team, you will be responsible for meal preparation, working closely dietary staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring proper food storage and handling. Flexibility, a good attitude, and the ability to lift, bend, stand, and move frequently during shifts are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and regulations

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including food storage and handling areas

  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient service

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Culinary Director
