Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Office Coordinator to support our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. This position plays a key role in maintaining daily communication with members and their families, coordinating office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflow, making inbound/outbound calls/email daily.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable making frequent phone calls and sending email communications throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to members and/or members’ families
  • Send and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Schedule appointments, intakes, and staff meetings
  • Assist with HCBS program coordination and compliance tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, families, and staff
  • Support onboarding and general office organization

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office coordination experience preferred
  • Experience in HCBS, DDD, healthcare, or social services is a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, google workspace, and email communication
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and team oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Bilingual is a plus
