Title: A&E Consultant Program Manager

We offer end-to-end security solutions and have achieved global success across a wide range of industry verticals including retail, transportation, education, banking, healthcare, hospitality and airports.


Hanwha Vision is seeking a A&E Consultant Program Manager to drive significant growth of Hanwha Market Share in North America through placement and positioning of Hanwha Video Surveillance Systems as a key component of ACE specified projects. Become trusted advisor of key ACE in security space.


Major Functions:

  • Develop a detailed strategy to position Hanwha as an essential partner for Architects, Consultants, and Engineers (ACE).
  • Identify target ACE firms by territory and build tailored 30-60-90-day action plans for each key account.
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations that showcase Hanwhaโ€™s unique value over top competitors while keeping project-specific needs in mind.
  • Understand and present various tools and resources that support project design and specification.
  • Develop key competencies as required to maximize success.
  • Participate in clear communication with internal teams to ensure connectivity with business imperatives.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top customers in the assigned region and execute those plans.
  • Execute on internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe.
  • Provide 30+ minimum Lunch and Learns at ACE location per quarter.
  • Plan and execute two ACE one-day events per year in the region.
  • Support additional aspects as assigned.


Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years related ACE experience within the Security Industry. Working knowledge of key ACE, systems integrators, and end-users.
  • Technical knowledge specifically in video surveillance, IP and networked based video systems.
  • Proven sales development experience particularly in ACE space.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present Hanwha Vision in a differentiated and advantageous fashion
  • Ability to ascertain project opportunities within the targeted ACE.
  • Ability to demonstrate systemized IP and Network based product to IT as well as traditional security managers.
  • B.S. preferred in business, IT technology, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable life experience.
  • 60% travel within the NY Metro area along with other events such as Tradeshows.


Physical Demands:

  • Sitting/Travel: The role requires extended periods of sitting, including time spent traveling by car or plane, attending meetings, and working on a laptop or mobile devices while in offices, client locations, or remote settings. The position also involves periods of standing and walking during client visits and events.
