The Camera & Electronic Security Panel Assembly Technician:

Secured Data Services is seeking a Camera & Electronic Security Panel Assembly Technician to assemble, test, and prepare electronic components for shipment, including cameras, security panels, and other security-related devices. This role involves reading blueprints and assembly instructions, operating specialized tools and equipment, and performing quality control inspections to ensure each product meets strict performance and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality work. Long-term growth opportunities are available for the right individual, including advancement into roles with greater technical responsibility.


 Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Camera & Electronic Security Panel Assembly Technician:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience installing and servicing electronic security systems in a field environment
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DHCP protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Industry certifications such as Axis ACP, Milestone, or Hanwha are preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to support business and customer requirements


This position is operates during the working hours of 9:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST with some flexibility needed.

The position is a full-time and permanent and full-time. The position has a competitive hourly wage structure which is based on skills, experience and shift times.
