Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss-Style Machinist with specialized expertise in CNC Turning machines, particularly Tsugami multi-axis machines with fanuc controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality. Proficient in programming Swiss Lathes at the control required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program Tsugami CNC Swiss machines.
  • Set up and maintain CNC machines to ensure efficient operation and high-quality output.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with the CNC Supervisor and team to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior machinists, sharing expertise in machining.
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precision components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC machines and multi-axis machining.
  • Extensive knowledge of cnc multi-axis Swiss machines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree preferred.
