Position Summary
CCTE Hall Monitor
• Log in buses' arrival times/Log out buses' departure times
• Collect attendance from programs of study
• Deliver correspondence from CCTE Office to programs of study
• Meet and greet students, parents/guardians, sending school personnel, and faculty
• Collate reports, materials, and documents
• Retrieve mail
• Generate tardy passes for CCTE students
• Perform general clerical duties (i.e., construct binders, file documents, make copies)
