  • Process employee transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, manager changes, and terminations in accordance with established procedures and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience and proper completion of required documentation and system updates.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of employment-related documents, letters, and HR records.

HR Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Serve as a key support resource for HR systems administration, data entry, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, employee movements, and other HR data needs.
  • Audit HR data and transactions to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve data quality.
  • Support report building, data validation, and analysis to help HR leadership and business leaders make informed decisions.
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and enhancement of HR systems, tools, and process improvements.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Help document, standardize, and improve HR operational processes, workflows, and internal controls.
  • Ensure HR files, employee records, and transactions are maintained in compliance with company policy and applicable labor and data privacy requirements in the Philippines.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing required HR documentation and reports.
  • Partner with payroll, finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions and employee information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and employee service delivery across HR operations.

Employee and Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes, documentation, employee data, and standard HR policies.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team across compensation, benefits, recruiting coordination, and other HR programs as needed.
  • Escalate complex employee issues or policy questions to the appropriate HR team members.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or a similar HR support role.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data in HR systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with HR data, reports, and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
