Home Health Registered Nurse Days

Seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to the geriatric population. This 13-week contract, with potential extension, runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality home health care
  • Manage approximately 6 patients daily
  • Coordinate and schedule visits
  • Document using Oasis/HCHB

Requirements:

  • Active CA RN license
  • BLS certification
  • 2+ years nursing experience, 1+ in home health
  • Proficient in HCHB and Oasis
  • Meet productivity of 25-30 points
