Full-Time
Position Summary:
In the surgery coordination role, this position works closely with physicians, hospitals, and outpatient surgery centers to schedule procedures, coordinate surgical teams, verify insurance requirements, and guide patients through the surgical process from start to finish.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Medical scheduling experience required (OB/GYN preferred)
  • Surgery Coordination experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate in-office and outpatient procedures
  • Schedule surgeries and maintain provider calendars
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
  • Ensure pre-operative requirements and clearances are completed
