What you will do in this role

The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment for all SuCitta Warriors and guests. This role will report to the Manager, Events & Fort 940 Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fort 940 Guests and ensure a positive experience for all guests. This includes customers, vendors, candidates, etc.
• Communicate to SuCitta Warriors when guests have arrived and ensure guests are given clear directions on where to go.
• Ensure Reception area is clean and represents Atticus positively.
• Answer and appropriately route all incoming calls.
• Handle all incoming mail, packages and deliveries.
• Provide support for events as requested.
• Assist with tours of Fort 940.
• Provide support with special projects as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality and/or receptionist roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point required.
• Ability to lift and move office items; including chairs, tables, boxes.
