Job Summary:

The Guidewire Senior Product Specialist is responsible for managing, configuring, customizing, implementing, and optimizing Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire ClaimCenter. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable insurance solutions, support system integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure Guidewire applications meet business requirements efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Translate business requirements into Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter configurations.

Customize and configure Guidewire applications based on business processes.

Support implementation and integration of Guidewire modules.

Perform system configuration, enhancements, and maintenance.

Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.

Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production defects.

Optimize application performance and system efficiency.

Recommend product enhancements based on new Guidewire releases and features.

Train business users and provide post-implementation support.

Work with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment.


Must-Have Skills: Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire ClaimCenter, Guidewire Configuration, Guidewire Implementation, Guidewire Customization

Guidewire Integration, Insurance Domain Knowledge (Property & Casualty preferred)


Preferred Qualifications

11+ years of IT experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.

Experience implementing and configuring Guidewire solutions.

Strong understanding of insurance business processes.

Experience with Guidewire integrations.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Guidewire Certification is preferred.
