$15.00/hour | 25–30 hours per week

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.
Schedule
25–30 hours per week
  • Weekday shifts:
    • ​Monday 10-4
    • 3 other weekday 1-9
  • Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Abilities and Skills Needed:
• Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
