Job description

Who are we hiring?

The Guest Experience Representative (GER) provides personalized guest service and creates positive and memorable guest experiences during events, and pre/post events.

What will you do?

  • Greets and welcomes guests to the venue, scans tickets and assists guests with navigating the venue efficiently and professionally.
  • Greets and validates guest entry into premium areas and works closely with VIP Services
  • Aids guests with disabilities by providing wheelchair escorts and partnering with the Accessibility Services group as necessary.
  • Informatively answers guest questions about event details and venue amenities.
  • Communicates and escalates all guest issues to the supervisor. Communicates any Lost and Found items, security concerns, or safety issues to a supervisor.
  • Assists internal departments with any necessary event set-up and processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills.

    Comfortable handling customer situations in a highly sensitive, heightened, and urgent environment; comfortable working with large crowds.

    Maintains a professional manner, presence, and appearance always while on premises/duty.

    Customer Service or Hospitality experience required (or strongly preferred)

    Must be able to pass and maintain certification in T.E.A.M alcohol management.

    This position is part time and is scheduled based on events

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • Must be comfortable operating a limited mobility lift.
  • Must be willing to rotate to various positions within a shift.
  • Must be comfortable with heights.
  • Must be receptive to working outside in inclement weather and extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move about the venue throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
